Blinds
This warranty is being given to you by Builders Blinds.

Our products are covered by a non-transferable lifetime warranty against defective materials and workmanship. All materials can lose original intensity after long exposure to the sun. This warranty explicitly covers loss of color intensity for a period of 2 years after installation. Builders Blinds reserves the right to repair or replace any defective products or materials at their discretion.

This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or any damage or loss caused by abuse or misuse or improper installation. Cords may eventually wear out over extended use. Builders Blinds considers this normal wear and tear not covered under this warranty. Colors may vary from lot to lot and may not exactly match swatches or previous purchases.

The warranty coverage will be for as long as you, the original buyer, own our products.

If your product is defective during warranty period we will, at our option, either repair or replace, without charge, that defective product. This shall be your sole remedy under this warranty.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.

Shutters
We warrant that our shutters will be defect free in materials or workmanship for as long as the original purchaser owns the shutters. Any resale or other transfer of the product and/or materials voids this warranty.

Madeira Shutters (wood) come with a 3-year limited warranty on color fastness of paints and stains. Floresta Shutters (composite) have a lifetime limited warranty on color fastness.

In no event shall Greenleaf Shutters be liable for incidental or consequential damages, or for any expense associated with such damages. Repair or remakes of defective products is the sole remedy under this warranty. Repairs will be made only with like or similar parts.

This warranty does not cover any condition of or damage to the shutter or window, from unauthorized repairs, accidents, alterations, misuse, abuse act of God, motorized devices, wear and tear or failure to follow our instructions with respect to measurement, installations, cleaning or maintenance. Improper, inappropriate, or unauthorized replacement parts, repairs or maintenance voids this warranty. Due to manufacturing, natural variations in color, grain and texture may occur in these products. Greenleaf Shutters is not able to guarantee exact matches on subsequent orders. Returns cannot be authorized due to these normal variations.

All other warranties, both express and implied, are expressly disclaimed. This warranty excudes all liability for consequential or incidental damages for any cause whatsoever.

All other rights are governed by the state law in which the shutters were purchased, and may vary from state to state. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of implied warranties, or incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you.
